A personal proof of concept project, Design Academy Eindhoven [2016]. The movement focuses on promoting and spreading the notion of work/life balance through the understanding of how to work with our natural medicinal brain chemicals. The project aims to inform and spark action through the most effective strategy for behavioural change; emotional engagement and human relation.
Community: It starts at a domestic and community level and combines therapy, knowledge, social networking and Nutrition to fit the needs of a twenty-first century society giving us more control over our daily well being. So far the project has 3 products that the community can use as tools to practice conscious healthy habits in their daily lives.The WhichDoctor human service, The WellHi app , and the Mood Food market stand.
The WhichDoctor: The WhichDoctor is A look at community service through the eyes of our brain chemicals. This is a flexible home visit service one can sign up to for a trained member of your community to visit you equipped with the knowledge and equipment for a range of exercises to rebalance your chemicals after your day. The members relation team is in charge of checking the identification and training of the member. The service is incorporated into the social app and the member also has a public profile where they are approved by other community members. The trainees for the WhichDoctor position are members of the community that want to get involved and have a background in / studying to be anything social or health-related
This service offers human interaction and motivation for anyone who is interested in rebalancing their mood, overworked, reserves little time for themselves or lives alone.
