Food: Bigger than the plate

Exhibition at the V&A Museum. [2019, London, UK]. My involvement was working for ‘The Center for Genomic Gastronomy’ who served as expert consultants to the curatorial team. As a member of the studio, I helped to put curatorial material and consulting documents together. Lots of the Center’s favourite food folks had installations in the show. The Center also exhibited two artworks in the show: LOCI Food Lab & To Flavour Our Tears.

‘FOOD: Bigger than the Plate is an exhibition and catalogue that explores themes from gastronomic experiments to urban farming, bringing together the politics and pleasure of food to ask how the collective choices we make can lead to a more sustainable, just and delicious food future.’ The Exhibition was Curated by Catherine Flood and May Rosenthal.
